Forever Decoration provides event decoration services including balloon decoration, birthday setups, anniversary decorations, surprise room decoration, and other event-related services at your location.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are providing accurate and complete information
  • You agree to our terms, policies, and guidelines

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our website or official contact channels.
  • Booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Customers must provide correct address, contact details, and preferred date & time.
  • Same-day bookings are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.
  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm the booking.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Urgent/same-day bookings
    • Extra decoration requirements
    • Location-specific travel charges

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours may not be eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of unavoidable circumstances (weather, safety issues, etc.), we may reschedule the booking.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Only one reschedule request will be entertained per booking.

6. Decoration & Setup

  • Decoration setup time depends on the selected package.
  • Customers must ensure:
    • Proper access to the location
    • Availability of electricity (if required)
    • Necessary permissions (if applicable)
  • Delays caused due to customer-side issues may affect the final setup.

7. Balloon & Material Disclaimer

  • Balloons have a natural life span and may deflate due to weather conditions such as heat, humidity, or cold.
  • We do not guarantee balloon longevity beyond the event duration.
  • Any damage after setup completion will not be our responsibility.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the decoration after setup.
  • Any damage caused by pets, children, or external factors is not covered.
  • Ensure safe usage of candles, lights, and other decorative items.

9. Service Limitations

  • We do not provide wall drilling or permanent installations unless explicitly mentioned.
  • Certain decorations may vary slightly from images due to availability of materials.
  • We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or higher value if required.

10. Liability

Forever Decoration shall not be held responsible for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Injuries or damages caused due to improper handling after setup

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, logos, and designs are the property of Forever Decoration and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
