Cancellation Policy
Once a booking is confirmed, it can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled decoration date to receive a 100% refund. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 7–10 working days.
Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to reschedule your booking, you can request a new date at least 24 working hours before the scheduled service time, subject to availability.
Last-Minute Changes
Any modification or changes requested within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery or decoration time will not be accepted, as preparations for the service are already in process.
